Hyperlinked Guest Rooms
Enhance your proposals by taking advantage of the hyperlinked guest room feature. By following the simple steps below, your customers can actually see the guest room they are reserving along with any pertinent details. All the customer has to do is hover over the room name in their proposal, and a pop up will appear with the details and picture of that guest room.
- Click the gear icon located in the top right corner of the screen.
- Select SETTINGS for your property/venue.
- Click Room Types (located on the left side of the screen).
- Click on the name of the room you are updating.
- Fill out any pertinent information and click on the corresponding picture.
- Click SAVE ROOM TYPE.
