New BEO Notes Style Editor Now Available
BEO NOTES STYLE EDITOR
Updated 2/2024: Put more into your BEO Notes on the Function Details tab of the event within our Catering tool, and reduce direct editing of BEO documents. This new Style Editor will now allow BEO Notes to be bolded, highlighted bulleted, numbered, etc.
Make the data entry of your notes more relative with new features for the text and carry over these updates to the merge of a BEO.
To have this new Style Editor turned on, contact support@salesandcatering.com to have the feature enabled for your database. Once enabled, you will see the below options for each notes tab.
Benefit of this will be carry over during the Make a Copy process of a booking and minimize the need to edit and re-merge BEO's, since client changes in catering occur frequently.
