Resetting a Team Members Password
It's easy to reset someone from your team's password if they need assistance. Watch here or follow the directions below:
RESETTING PASSWORDS
- Click the gear icon located in the top right corner of the screen.
- Click on SETTINGS FOR THE PROPERTY.
- Click USERS on left.
- Find the name of the individual that needs a password reset.
- Click the RESET AND SEND button to the right of their name.
*If they don't receive an email in their Inbox, please have them check their Spam or Junk folder for an email from support@bluebuzzard.com.*
