Adding/Deleting Users

Keeping your active users up-to-date is essential and easy to do. Watch here or follow the directions below:

ADDING A NEW USER

  1. Click the gear icon located in the top right corner of the screen.
  2. Click on SETTINGS FOR THE PROPERTY.
  3. Click USERS on left.
  4. Click blue NEW USER on the top right.
  5. Add individual’s information, giving them a username and password.
  6. Click SAVE USER ACCOUNT.

DELETING A USER

  1. Click the gear icon located in the top right corner of the screen.
  2. Click on SETTINGS FOR THE PROPERTY.
  3. Click USERS on left.
  4. Find the individual's name you'd like to delete.
  5. Click DELETE on the right side.
