Reporting

Reporting is key to helping manage your proposals. For accurate reporting, remember to move your proposals from a DRAFT status to COMPLETED status, once you've sent your proposal to your customer. ProposalPath provides reporting at both the aggregate and individual proposal level. Watch here or see below for directions on how to access your reports.

AGGREGATE REPORTING (requires Manager Access)

  1. Click on the REPORTING quick link located at the top of the screen.
  2. Proposal Activity by Sales Manager is available here.
  3. Adjust the green SENT DATE button on the left side to see proposals by sales manager for a different date range.
  4. Click the DOWNLOAD TO EXCEL button to download to excel.
  5. Click the PRINT button to print.

INDIVIDUAL PROPOSAL REPORTING

For individual users, your main screen is also your reporting screen. To get there click DOCUMENTS (n the top nav bar) then COMPLETED.

Use the filter options in the left column to view proposals by Event Date or Sent Date and specific time frames.

PROPOSAL ANALYTICS

  1. Click on the LATEST ACTIVITY quick link located at the top of the screen.
  2. Click ANALYTICS next to the proposal name.
  3. The following analytics are available here:
    1. Day/Time/# of Opens on the specific proposal
    2. # of Link Clicks
    3. Time Spent Reading the Proposal (in seconds)
  4. You can also view ANALYTICS by taking the following steps.
    1. Click on the COMPLETED tab on the left side of the screen
    2. Find an individual proposal
    3. Click the gear icon next to the name of the proposal
    4. Click ANALYTICS
    5. The following analytics are available here:

ENSURE YOU MOVE YOUR PROPOSALS FROM "DRAFT" TO "COMPLETED" STATUS

  1. Click on the actions icon next to each proposal and then select EDIT.
  2. Once you're back in the proposal, you can click the FINISH option along the left-hand side of the page.
  3. Then on the next page, you'll see instructions on How to Send, and most importantly press the green button that reads I'VE SENT THIS DOCUMENT, MOVE TO ACTIVE STATUS AND COMPLETE THE PROCESS.
