Hyperlinked Meeting Rooms

Enhance your proposals by taking advantage of the hyperlinked meeting room feature. By following the simple steps below, your customers can actually see the meeting room they are reserving along with a description of the room with its capacity information.

  1. Click the gear icon located in the top right corner of the screen.

  2. Select SETTINGS for your property/venue.

  3. Click MEETING ROOMS (located on the left side of the screen).

  4. Click EDIT next to the name of the room you are updating.

  5. Create a description of the room, enter in capacity information, and click on the corresponding picture of the room.

  6. Click SAVE MEETING ROOM.

*If a picture of the meeting room does not appear, make sure it is entered in the Asset Management (library) section of the account.*
