Hyperlinked Guest Rooms

Enhance your proposals by taking advantage of the hyperlinked guest room feature. By following the simple steps below, your customers can see the guest room they are reserving along with a description of the room.

1. Click the gear icon located in the top right corner of the screen.

2. Select SETTINGS for the property/venue.

3. Click ROOM TYPES (located on the left side of the screen).

4. Click EDIT next to the name of the room you are updating.

5. Enter a description of the room and click on the corresponding picture.

6. Click SAVE ROOM TYPE.
