Resetting Passwords

Resetting a team member's password is a straightforward process that can be completed in just a few steps. *You must have manager access for this function*
Click the gear icon located in the top right corner of the screen.
Select SETTINGS FOR THE PROPERTY from the dropdown menu.
Click on USERS on the left side of the screen.
Locate the name of the individual who requires a password reset.
Click the RESET AND SEND button to the right of their name.
Troubleshooting: Email Delivery
If the team member does not receive an email in their Inbox, please advise them to check their Spam or Junk folder for an email from support@bluebuzzard.com.
