Changing User Permissions

This document provides a step-by-step guide on how to manage user access within the SalesAndCatering.com platform. Proper user access management is essential for maintaining security and ensuring that team members have the appropriate permissions to perform their tasks effectively.

Accessing User Settings

To begin managing user access, follow these steps:

  1. Click the gear icon located in the top right corner of the screen.

  2. Select SETTINGS FOR THE PROPERTY.

  3. Click on USERS on the left side of the screen.

Managing User Permissions

For users who do not have full access, you can adjust their permissions as follows:

  1. Click the orange PERMISSIONS button next to the individual's name.

  2. Check off the access levels you would like them to have.

  3. Hit Save to apply the changes.

Granting Additional or Full Access

If you wish to grant a user additional or full access, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the user's name.

  2. Scroll down to SETTINGS.

  3. Click the dropdown menu to choose their ROLE:

    • Manager - full access

    • Asset Manager - user settings plus access to update pictures and links

    • Billing - access to view information (if applicable)

    • User - regular sales manager access
