Updated Links Not Showing?

When you update a link, it will be applied to all proposals from that point forward. Older proposals (that you created prior to the link being updated) will continue to show older links ie. menus.
If you'd like to update the link on a proposal you already created, you can do so on that particular proposal.
Click the gear icon next to the specific proposal.
Choose Edit in the dropdown.
Update the link on that particular proposal in the Links step of the workflow.
You can 'uncheck' the box next to that link option and then 'check' it again.
Save.
You won't need to do it for all of your older proposals. Just ones that you believe are still being viewed by your customers.
