Old Data Showing in a Proposal?

This happens when you change the Start & End dates on a proposal, but don't delete the date from the meeting space grid. Just changing the Start/End dates won't delete the data in the Meeting Space step of the workflow. The system assumes you still need that data in there.

To rectify this:

1. Edit the proposal.

2. Change the Start & End dates back to the original event dates in the General Information step.

3. Click on the Meeting Space step and delete the information for the dates you'd like deleted.

4. Save.

5. Then go back into the General Information step and change the Start & End dates to the new date range.

6. Save.
