Personalizing Your Settings

Personalizing your settings is easy and a great way to connect with your customers!

UPDATE YOUR PERSONAL SETTINGS

These are used to merge within STS Cloud documents and your ProposalPath templates (if applicable):

  1. Click the gear icon located in the upper-right corner (to the right of your name).
  2. Select Settings for Your Name.
  3. Scroll down to the PERSONAL SETTINGS section.
  4. Update your contact information.
  5. Click SAVE USER SETTINGS.

***FOR PROPOSALPATH USERS ONLY**

(Pictures, Signature and Default Email Text impact the ProposalPath module)

ADDING YOUR PICTURE

  1. Click the gear icon located in the upper-right corner (round icon to the right of your name).
  2. Select your SETTINGS.
  3. Scroll down to the PERSONALIZATION section.
  4. Next to AVATAR, click CHOOSE FILE.
  5. Upload a professional photograph of yourself here.
  6. Click SAVE USER SETTINGS.

ADDING YOUR SIGNATURE

  1. Click the gear icon located in the upper-right corner (round icon to the right of your name).
  2. Select your SETTINGS.
  3. Scroll down to the PERSONALIZATION section.
  4. Next to SIGNATURE, click CHOOSE FILE.
  5. Upload a picture of your signature here. (Black pen on white paper works best)
  6. Click SAVE USER SETTINGS.

ADDING DEFAULT EMAIL TEXT

  1. Click the gear icon located in the upper-right corner (round icon to the right of your name).
  2. Select your SETTINGS.
  3. Scroll down to the EMAIL DRAFT TEXT section.
  4. Enter in the email text you'd like to have pre-load when you click the DRAFT AN EMAIL option when sending a proposal to a customer.
  5. Click SAVE USER SETTINGS.
