Personalizing Your Settings
Personalizing your settings is easy and a great way to connect with your customers!
UPDATE YOUR PERSONAL SETTINGS
These are used to merge within STS Cloud documents and your ProposalPath templates (if applicable):
- Click the gear icon located in the upper-right corner (to the right of your name).
- Select Settings for Your Name.
- Scroll down to the PERSONAL SETTINGS section.
- Update your contact information.
- Click SAVE USER SETTINGS.

(Pictures, Signature and Default Email Text impact the ProposalPath module)
ADDING YOUR PICTURE
- Click the gear icon located in the upper-right corner (round icon to the right of your name).
- Select your SETTINGS.
- Scroll down to the PERSONALIZATION section.
- Next to AVATAR, click CHOOSE FILE.
- Upload a professional photograph of yourself here.
- Click SAVE USER SETTINGS.
ADDING YOUR SIGNATURE
- Click the gear icon located in the upper-right corner (round icon to the right of your name).
- Select your SETTINGS.
- Scroll down to the PERSONALIZATION section.
- Next to SIGNATURE, click CHOOSE FILE.
- Upload a picture of your signature here. (Black pen on white paper works best)
- Click SAVE USER SETTINGS.
ADDING DEFAULT EMAIL TEXT
- Click the gear icon located in the upper-right corner (round icon to the right of your name).
- Select your SETTINGS.
- Scroll down to the EMAIL DRAFT TEXT section.
- Enter in the email text you'd like to have pre-load when you click the DRAFT AN EMAIL option when sending a proposal to a customer.
- Click SAVE USER SETTINGS.
