Personalizing Your Settings

**FOR PROPOSALPATH USERS ONLY**

Personalizing your settings is easy and a great way to connect with your customers.

Pictures, Signature and Default Email Text impact the ProposalPath module, and can be incorporated to your ProposalPath Templates

Follow the directions below:

UPDATE YOUR PERSONAL SETTINGS

These are used to merge within STS Cloud documents and your ProposalPath templates:

  1. Click the gear icon located in the upper-right corner (round icon to the right of your name).
  2. Select Settings for Your Name.
  3. Scroll down to the PERSONAL SETTINGS section.
  4. Enter your details as needed.
  5. Click SAVE USER SETTINGS.

ADDING YOUR PICTURE (PROPOSALPATH MODULE ONLY)

  1. Click the gear icon located in the upper-right corner (round icon to the right of your name).
  2. Select your SETTINGS.
  3. Scroll down to the PERSONALIZATION section.
  4. Next to AVATAR, click CHOOSE FILE.
  5. Upload a professional photograph of yourself here.
  6. Click SAVE USER SETTINGS.

ADDING YOUR SIGNATURE (PROPOSALPATH MODULE ONLY)

  1. Click the gear icon located in the upper-right corner (round icon to the right of your name).
  2. Select your SETTINGS.
  3. Scroll down to the PERSONALIZATION section.
  4. Next to SIGNATURE, click CHOOSE FILE.
  5. Upload a picture of your signature here. (Black pen on white paper works best)
  6. Click SAVE USER SETTINGS.

ADDING DEFAULT EMAIL TEXT (PROPOSALPATH MODULE ONLY)

  1. Click the gear icon located in the upper-right corner (round icon to the right of your name).
  2. Select your SETTINGS.
  3. Scroll down to the EMAIL DRAFT TEXT section.
  4. Enter in the email text you'd like to have pre-load when you click the DRAFT AN EMAIL option when sending a proposal to a customer.
  5. Click SAVE USER SETTINGS.
