Scheduled Reports and My Reports
Reporting is key to helping manage your proposals. ProposalPath provides flexibility and customization when it comes to running reports. Learn how to Run, Schedule, and Set Up a Recurring Schedule for your proposal activity reports.
- Click the Reporting Icon at the top of your screen
- Choose Generate Reports
- Select the Proposal Activity Report
- Set your parameters below (i.e. timeframe, persons, business line)
- Click the green Run button to run the report now
- Turn on the Schedule button to select a specific date for the report to run in the future
- Turn on the Schedule button to set a recurring timeframe for the report to run
- Choose who can view the report - you or your team
- Pick up your reports in the 'My Reports' folder under the folder icon at the top of the screen
- Use the filters to select which reports you'd like to see
