Adding/Deleting Links
Maintaining up-to-date links on your account is not only fast & easy, but also an important part of presenting the best possible proposal to your customers. Watch here or see below for easy to follow directions:
ADDING NEW LINKS
- Click on gear icon located in the upper-right corner (round icon to the right of your name).
- Select ASSET MANAGEMENT.
- Then click on the LINKS located on the left-side.
- See all of your links.
- To add a new file, click on the blue button for UPLOAD NEW LINKS.
- On the next page put a checkmark in the link set box you wish to add the file to (a file can belong to more than one set, but should not be left uncategorized).
- Then click ADD FILES and find the files from your computer.
- Then click START UPLOAD, and watch them load.
- Once they are there, just click on the individual file to put a title in the TITLE bar.
- Click Update Asset.
DELETING A LINK
- Log into your Proposal Path account.
- Click on gear icon located in the upper-right corner. (It's the round icon to the right of your name.)
- Select ASSET MANAGEMENT.
- Click LINKS on the left side of the screen.
- Click on the individual link or photo you'd like to delete.
- Click on DELETE THIS ASSET PERMANENTLY.
